Dear Mr. Trachtenberg:

I have been a member of Prodigy Internet Services for about six months. I want to let you know that I have had the worst experience with Prodigy as an ISP than I have ever had with any other service provider.

To keep this letter brief, I will just tell you that you have a site that has not been working properly for at least a month and a half. The number into the site is (xxx) xxx-xxxx. I originally reported the problem from its conception in late September. The site will log the user in fine but will not navigate. It does not seem to me to be a problem of great significance so I am plagued as to why after all of my phone calls and emails it wasn't fixed within a reasonable amount of time.

The quality of your technical support and customer service crews leaves much to be desired. I will be placing a web page on the net to let your possible future customers know what type of service I received and what they should expect.
